在寄生虫感染中,宿作可产生具不同作用的种种抗体;在寄生虫体内则存在诱生这些抗体的种种抗原。搞清这些抗原成分,对于了解宿主-寄生虫间的关系具有重要意义。本文作者从犬恶丝虫成虫提取和分离出诱生IgG的抗原,并对其理化性质进行了鉴定。作者从感染大恶丝虫的狗获得成虫,用生理盐水充分洗涤并行冻干后,再用组织匀浆器制成匀浆,经超声粉碎后,溶于pH7.2的磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)中,置冰箱内2天以提取。此种乳状液在0C以13,000g转速离心20分钟,除去较大的颗粒,诸如细胞碎片、核和线粒体。上清液以CE(细胞提取物)示之,用作原始材料。
