目的为了探讨临床检验标本采集的影响因素及解决措施。方法针对临床检验标本影响因素进行分析与总结,并制定整改措施,将我院近几年临床检验工作的采集标本作为研究组,而将以前没有实施整改的采集标本作为对照组。随机抽取两组检验标本各1,000份,对比分析标本采集的合格率。结果研究组标本的采集合格率远远高于对照组。结论影响临床检验标本采集结果的因素多种多样,总的来说包括3个方面,即采集前、采集时、采集中几个阶段,要想解决标本采集过程中所遇到的布同映像因素,也必须从以上3个方面出发,制定出科学合理的解决对策。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of clinical laboratory specimen collection and its solutions. Methods According to the analysis and summary of the influencing factors of clinical test specimens, and to make corrective measures, the collected specimens of clinical laboratory work in our hospital in recent years were taken as the research group, while the collected specimens which were not rectified before were taken as the control group. A random sample of two sets of 1,000 copies of the test specimens, comparative analysis of the passing rate of specimen collection. Results The sampling rate of the study group was much higher than that of the control group. Conclusion There are many factors influencing the results of clinical specimen collection. Generally speaking, there are three aspects, that is, before collection, collection, and collection. In order to solve the problem of fabric image collection encountered during specimen collection , We must also proceed from the above three aspects to formulate a scientific and reasonable solution to the problem.
