[目的]观察心衰1号联合西药治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将74例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组,对照组36例地高辛、呋塞米、螺内酯、福辛普利、单硝酸异山梨酯、阿司匹林肠溶片等常规治疗。治疗组38例心衰1号(黄芪30g,党参10g,麦冬20g,五味子15g,丹参、益母草各30g,椒目20g,车前子30g,猪苓、茯苓各20g,五加皮10g,赤小豆30g,葶苈子10g)1剂/d,水煎100mL,早晚各50ml口服。西药治疗同对照组。观测心功能。14d为1疗程,连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。随访180d。[结果]治疗组显效18例,有效17例,无效3例,总有效率92.11%。对照组显效8例,有效18例,无效10例,总有效率72.22%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。左室射血分数(LVEF)均有改善,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]心衰1号联合西药治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭,可更有效地改善心功能,缓解临床症状,提高左室射血分数。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of heart failure combined with western medicine on chronic congestive heart failure. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 74 inpatients and outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment. The control group consisted of 36 digoxin, furosemide, spironolactone, fosinopril, isosorbide dinitrate , Aspirin enteric-coated routine treatment. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Observed heart function. 14d for a course of treatment, continuous treatment of 2 courses to determine the efficacy. Follow-up 180d. [Results] The treatment group markedly effective in 18 cases, effective in 17 cases, 3 cases, the total effective rate was 92.11%. In the control group, 8 cases were markedly effective, 18 cases were effective and 10 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 72.22%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were improved, the treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] HF-1 combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure can improve the cardiac function, relieve the clinical symptoms and increase the left ventricular ejection fraction more effectively.
