针对外围低渗油田开发风险性大、敏感性因素多、投入产出与一般油田不同的特点,本文以奈曼油田为实例,通过对研究区的投资规模、成本费用、税金支出及经营管理4方面的研究,制定了提高奈曼油田开发经济效益的途径及对策,并且系统地给出了有利于奈曼油田经济开发的建议,为外围低渗油田的经济有效开发提供了依据。
