随着上海市二期课改的不断深入,目前各学校针对当前的教改形势和学校实际的需要,开展了各式各样的校本研修活动。可以说,校本研修活动在上海各校开展得如火如荼,体现出了校本研修的重要性、实效性和针对性。
With the continuous deepening of the second phase of the Shanghai Municipal Reform, various schools are currently carrying out various school-based training activities in response to the current education reform situation and the actual needs of schools. It can be said that the school-based training activities are carried out in every school in Shanghai. This reflects the importance, effectiveness and pertinence of school-based training.
