以硝普钠为外源NO供体,选用坝亚9号和坝亚11号为材料,60g/L PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫,以种子发芽势、发芽率、成苗率、幼苗长度及干重为指标,考察NO对亚麻种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,并通过模糊隶属函数值法进行综合分析。结果表明,随着硝普钠浓度从0.2mmol/L增加到1.0mmol/L时,上述指标均呈现增加趋势;当继续增大硝普钠浓度时,除发芽势、发芽率上升外,其余指标反而呈下降趋势;综合评价表明,当硝普钠浓度为1.0mmol/L时,效果最佳。
Sodium nitroprusside (NOP) was used as exogenous NO donor.
