自1998年教育部第二次表彰教育纪检监察工作先进集体和先进个人以来,教育系统各级纪检监察机关和广大纪检监察干部努力学习和实践“三个代表”重要思想,认真贯彻党中央、国务院以及教育部党组关于党风廉政建设工作和反腐败斗争的战略部署,紧密结合教育战线实际,振奋精神,扎实工作,认真履行纪检监察职能,深入开展党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争,优化教育改革和发展环境,涌现出一批纪检监察工作先进集体和先进个人。为了表彰先进,树立榜样,总结经验,发扬成绩,开创教育纪检监察工作新局面,教育部决定对近年来在党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争中
