本文报告呼吸肌波所致酷似心房分离心电图一例。讨论了心房分离心电图的诊断及鉴别诊断,描述了呼吸肌波在心电图上的表现特点,希望引起临床注意以免造成诊断错误。
This article reports a case of respiratory muscle similar to atrial septal ECG. The diagnosis and differential diagnosis of atrial septal electrocardiogram were discussed. The performance characteristics of respiratory muscle wave on electrocardiogram were described, hoping to arouse clinical attention to avoid the diagnosis error.
