患者男,29岁,自觉胸闷、气短5天,于1985年4月12日来院门诊,因发现心律不齐而查ECG。ECG 特征:心率50次,P-R 间期0.16秒,Q-T间期0.35秒,电轴~+56°,P 波各导联顺序出现,Ⅰ、ⅡavF,V■、V■直立,aVR 倒置,P-R 间隔不等<0.12秒。QRS 波群时间0.09秒,ST、T、无明显异常.各导联均有提前出现的QRS 波群,形态宽大畸形,时间为0.11秒,其前无P 波,多数为插入型,期前收缩的配对时间为0.45秒～0.62秒,其后窦性P-R 间期为
