我们心胸外科自1990年4月至1995年3月采用右胸一切口治疗中段食管瘤20例。现报告如下：1资料20例中男性13例，女性7例。年龄48岁～71岁，平均61岁。病程1～12个月，平均4个月。入院时病员仅能吃半流质。病灶长度4～18厘米，平均8厘米，均在主动脉弓平面。病理诊断均为鳞癌。按U
In our Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery, from April 1990 to March 1995, 20 cases of middle esophageal tumors were treated with an incision in the right chest. The report is as follows: 1 Data Among the 20 cases, there are 13 males and 7 females. Ages 48 to 71, with an average age of 61. Duration of 1 to 12 months, an average of 4 months. Patients admitted to hospital can only eat semi-liquid. The lesions were 4-18 cm in length and 8 cm in average, all in the aortic arch plane. Pathological diagnosis is squamous cell carcinoma. Press U
