本文时弹簧管式压力表的结构设计进行了较系统的论述,给出了实用的二级传动尺寸计算公式,还着重分析了传动精度,绞点位移的确定以及精度验算。弹簧管式压力表以其结构简单、稳定可靠,广泛应用于冶炼、发电、石油、化工等各工业部门的压力和真空测量中。关于弹簧管自由端的位移、拉力及管应力等已有不少理论研究和计算公式供使用。由于对高压、低压、高精度压力测量的需求,弹簧管敏感元件在其它许多测量仪表的应用等,对传动放大机构的分析、整机结构尺寸的计算,就成了实际设计工作需待解决的问题。
In this paper, the structure design of the spring tube pressure gauge is systematically discussed. The practical calculation formula of the second-stage transmission dimension is given. The transmission accuracy, the determination of the displacement of the twist point and the accuracy check are also emphatically analyzed. Spring tube pressure gauge with its simple structure, stable and reliable, widely used in smelting, power generation, petroleum, chemical and other industrial sectors of the pressure and vacuum measurements. There are many theoretical researches and formulas about the displacement, tensile force and tube stress of free end of spring tube. Due to the high pressure, low pressure, high-precision pressure measurement needs, the spring-sensitive components in many other applications such as measuring instruments, the transmission amplification mechanism analysis, the whole structure of the calculation of the size has become the actual design work to be solved problem.
