一、前言水压试验是检验液化石油气钢瓶(以下简称钢瓶)质量技术指标必不可少的试验方法。根据国家城市建设总局发布的CJ3—1—80标准,进行水压试验时应测得下列数据:(1)钢瓶的实际容积;(2)容积残余变形率;(3)钢瓶达到屈服点时的压力;(4)爆破压力;(5)钢瓶爆破时的容积膨胀率。这些数据中最难测准的是容积残余变形率。
I. Introduction Hydraulic pressure test is an indispensable test method for testing the quality and technical indexes of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders (hereinafter referred to as cylinders). According to the CJ3-1-80 standard issued by the State Urban Construction Administration, the following data should be measured during the hydrostatic test: (1) Actual volume of the cylinder; (2) Volumetric residual deformation rate; (3) When the cylinder reaches the yield point Pressure; (4) burst pressure; (5) the volume expansion rate of cylinder blasting. The most difficult of these data to measure is the volumetric residual deformation rate.
