传统的铁路经营主要是以运输生产来实现的,也就是通过列车装载旅客和货物沿着铁路线路运行,实现旅客、货物的位移,由此获取经济利益。随着经济全球化趋势的增强,铁路简单的传统经营管理模式不仅不能适应竞争激烈的全球市场,而且已经严重制约了企业的健康发展。只有深入实施货运组织改革,建立与国民经济转型发展相适应的铁路货运新模式、新机制,才能更好地服务经济社会、服务人民群众,发挥铁路在国家综合交通运输体系中的骨干作用。
The traditional railway operation is mainly achieved by means of transportation and production. That is to say, economic benefits can be obtained by loading passengers and cargoes along the railway line through trains to realize the displacement of passengers and goods. With the trend of economic globalization increasing, the traditional railway simple management model not only can not adapt to the competitive global market, but also has seriously hampered the healthy development of enterprises. Only by thoroughly implementing the reform of the freight transport organization and establishing a new railway freight transport mode and a new mechanism that are compatible with the development of the national economy can we serve the economy and society better and serve the people and give full play to the railway’s role in the national comprehensive transport system.
