本文报告6例下腔静脉双膈膜性 Budd-Chiari 综合征(BCS)的介入治疗结果,其中5例表现为下腔静脉长段阻塞,1例为短段阻塞,取得了满意的临床效果。由于采取了分次破膜,明显降低了开通的难度和风险。作者认为:血管内支架(EMS)植入可有效地防止双隔膜性 BCS 术后再狭窄,提高远期疗效。
In this paper, we report the results of interventional treatment of 6 cases of Budd-Chiari syndrome (BCS) of inferior vena cava. Five cases showed long-term inferior vena cava occlusion and one case of short-segment occlusion. Satisfactory clinical results were obtained. As a result of sub-rupture, significantly reducing the difficulty and risk of opening. The authors believe that: the implantation of endovascular stent (EMS) can effectively prevent restenosis after double-diaphragm BCS and improve long-term efficacy.
