支持电极是影响免疫传感器发展的关键技术问题之一。通过近5年免疫传感器的研究,对支持电极进行了系列选择和研究改进工作。在研究中选用过3种固体单电极,单通道丝网印刷碳电极,改进制备的四通道、五通道和八通道丝网印刷碳电极。采用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜(LSCM)进行形态学表征,通过循环伏安法(CV)进行电化学表征,评估电极的性能,初步选定四通道丝网印刷碳电极(4-SPCE)为支持电极。用物理吸附法制备辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)酶电极,以检验选定的4-SPCE的应用性能。结果显示,改进制备的4-SPCE的应用性能最好,因此选用该4-SPCE用作电化学免疫传感器研究中的支持电极。
Support electrodes are one of the key technical issues that affect the development of immunosensors. Through nearly 5 years of research on immunosensors, a series of support electrodes have been selected and improved. Three kinds of solid single electrodes, single-channel screen printing carbon electrode were selected in the study to improve the prepared four-channel, five-channel and eight-channel screen printing carbon electrodes. Morphology was characterized by laser scanning confocal microscopy (LSCM). Electrochemical characterization was performed by cyclic voltammetry (CV) to evaluate the performance of the electrode. Four-channel screen-printed carbon electrode (4-SPCE) . Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) enzyme electrodes were prepared by physical adsorption to test the performance of the selected 4-SPCE. The results show that the improved preparation of 4-SPCE application performance is the best, so the choice of 4-SPCE electrochemical immunosensor research support electrode.
