阐述了当前中国中小学教师队伍的现状,分析了“国培计划”面临的问题,提出了基于全国教师教育网络联盟的中小学师资培训服务模式,即通过搭建以“联”为核心的教师教育公共服务平台,融合教师教育系统、卫星电视网与计算机互联网等“三网”优势,有效整合全国教师教育网络联盟成员单位优质教师培训资源,实现优质资源共建共享,为中小学教师实行每5年一个周期的全员培训提供支持服务。
This paper expounds the current situation of primary and secondary school teachers in China, analyzes the problems faced by the “National Training Plan”, and proposes a primary and secondary school teacher training service model based on the National Network of Teacher Education Networks. Core teacher education public service platform, integrating teachers’ education system, satellite television network and computer Internet and other advantages of “three nets” to effectively integrate the training resources of quality teachers of members of the National Teacher Education Network Alliance, Primary and secondary school teachers to implement a cycle every 5 years, full-time training to provide support services.
