目的分析上海市轨道交通系统建设和运行管理过程中存在的卫生问题,并提出管理要素。方法收集国内外地铁系统的相关标准、规范,结合现场调查和检测数据,对轨道交通卫生管理内容进行综合分析。结果综合分析得出上海市轨道交通系统需要关注空调系统的卫生设计、环境质量问题、从业人员职业健康和地铁专用卫生标准等卫生问题。结论针对上海市轨道交通系统建设和运行管理过程中存在的卫生问题,从监督管理、标准研制以及内部管理方面提出相应管理要素。
Objective To analyze the health problems in the construction and operation management of Shanghai rail transit system and to propose the management factors. Methods The relevant standards and norms of subway system at home and abroad were collected and combined with on-site investigation and testing data to comprehensively analyze the contents of hygienic management of rail transit. Results The comprehensive analysis shows that the Shanghai urban rail transit system needs to pay attention to the hygienic issues such as hygienic design, environmental quality, occupational health of employees and special hygienic standard of subway. Conclusions Aiming at the health problems in the construction and operation management of Shanghai rail transit system, the corresponding management elements are put forward from the aspects of supervision and management, standard development and internal management.
