濉溪县卫生防疫站从1988年成立劳动卫生科以来,一直是单独开展劳动卫生工作。近几年由于企业的深化改革,扩大企业的自主权,允许企业自主经营。滋长了少数企业领导不顾工人身体健康,目无监督单位的不良作风。为有效地开展工作,在目前尚未有有力法律、法规的情况下,联合行政领导部门,采取行政手段进行工作,不失为一条新路。我们于1994年进行了初步尝试。

In recent years, due to the deepening reform of enterprises, expanding the autonomy of enterprises, allowing enterprises to operate independently. A few business leaders have given birth to the bad work style of the supervisory units in disregard of the workers’ health. In order to effectively carry out the work, it is a new road for us to work jointly with the administrative departments under the leadership of the executive authorities without effective laws and regulations. We made a preliminary attempt in 1994.
