胸阻抗图与Fick法测定心排出量的对照研究——三种计算方法比较

用胸阻抗图和Fick法测定26例心脏病患者的心排出量。胸阻抗图法测定心排出量分别按Kubicek、Sramek和胸围公式计算。与Fick法比较,相关系数分别为0.56(P<0.01)、0.49(P<0.05)和0.68(P<0.01)。结果提示胸围法是测定心输出量的一种较可靠的无创性方法。

Cardiac output was measured in 26 patients with heart disease using chest impedance map and Fick method. Chest impedance map determination of cardiac output by Kubicek, Sramek and chest formula. Compared with the Fick method, the correlation coefficients were 0.56 (P <0.01), 0.49 (P <0.05) and 0.68 (P <0.01) respectively. The results suggest that the chest method is a reliable method of non-invasive determination of cardiac output.
