通过试验分析了普通硅酸盐水泥—水玻璃和矿渣硅酸盐水泥—水玻璃浆液的基本性能。利用正交试验设计方法,以抗压强度为主要指标,对浆液的配比进行了优化设计。通过对两种浆液材料同龄期试块抗压强度的对比发现,矿渣硅酸盐水泥的抗海水腐蚀性能明显好于普通硅酸盐水泥。将优化配比后的浆液用于青岛胶州湾服务隧道地表注浆加固,收到了良好的效果。
The basic properties of ordinary Portland cement-water glass and slag Portland cement-water glass slurry were analyzed through experiments. Using orthogonal test design method, the compressive strength as the main index, the ratio of slurry was optimized design. Comparing the compressive strength of the two kinds of slurry materials with those of the same age grout, it is found that the seawater corrosion resistance of the slag silicate cement is obviously better than ordinary portland cement. The optimized ratio of the slurry for Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay service tunnel grouting reinforcement, received good results.
