科技成果,一般是指个体成群体通过创造性的科技劳动,对自然现象、特征、规律及其内在联系等所获得的学术新见解、新认识或生产中的新技术等.因此,它本身就存在一个评审、鉴定及确认的问题。重复劳动不能算科技成果,一般的有效科技劳动可以认定为一般科技成果,而创造性的科技劳动可以认定为重要或重大科技成果,下面谈谈自己对这个问题的具体看法。
