采用问卷调查法研究中学体育教学对中学生心理健康的影响,以中学体育与健康课程构建为基础,建立理论假设,通过SCL-90测试体育与健康课程对中学生心理健康的影响,分析量表各因子得分,并与常模比较,以期改进体育与健康课程教学互动模式,并力图是指产生最佳效益。
Using questionnaire to study the influence of middle school physical education on middle school students’psychological health. Based on the construction of middle school physical education and health curriculum, the author established the theoretical hypothesis, tested the impact of physical education and health curriculum on middle school students’ mental health through SCL-90, Score, and compared with the norm, with a view to improving teaching interactive sports and health model, and trying to mean the best benefit.
