作者在本刊报道过二乙基叠氮铝(DEAA)的合成,在此基础上,本文进一步介绍了合成溶剂的选择和分离条件。通过分子结构的测定和主要性质的研究,在不同压力和温度条件下蒸馏的结果都证明,DEAA是一个热稳定性优良的三聚体化合物,不仅可用作自燃并由燃烧转爆轰的燃料,而且可作为制备超硬陶瓷氮化铝(AlN)的优良前驱物
