“只有在需求大于供给的时候,商品价格才会上涨。因此,根据房价上涨可以判断当前的商品房需求肯定是大于供给的。”由于全国性的房价快速上涨,使得房价问题成为社会关注的焦点,舆论和民众大多认为房地产商是这一问题的始作俑者,也有人认为政府特别是地方政府是幕后的支持者,才导致了如今房价高启的局面。那么房价为什么会以如此快的速度上涨呢?笔者认为:根据传统经济学原理,只有在需求大于供给的时候,商品价格才会上涨。因此,根据房价上涨可以判断当前的商品房需求肯定是大于供给的。
