近年来,随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展,财务管理的作用在施工企业中日益显现。我国的施工企业面临着非常多的机会,但是市场环境受经济全球化的影响越来越多变,竞争越发激烈,这无形中就增加了施工企业的财务管理难度。为此,需要开展多元化的财务管理模式,改善施工企业的内部监督、控制以及反应等,通过多元化的分析,促进施工企业的深化改革,规划施工企业的战略经营,促进施工企业的健康发展。
