本文报告三例经手术证实的硬脑膜外包虫病例:男性10岁。双眼视力障碍及颅内压增高症状2个半月。查体:嗅觉缺失,右眼无光反应,双视神经萎缩,左侧外展神经麻痹,右耳听力轻微减退。脑室造影见中颅窝占位病变。经右颞开颅探查见直径4厘米的硬膜外包虫性囊肿位于岩椎与表浅岩窦之间,病灶切除后患者恢复尚好。例2,男性23岁。严重头痛1年,左半身无力,癫痫大发作5月。查体:双视神经乳头水肿,左侧同向偏盲,左侧中枢性面瘫,左侧
This article reports three cases of dural encephalitis confirmed by surgery: male, 10 years old. Binocular vision disorders and increased symptoms of intracranial pressure 2 and a half months. Physical examination: loss of sense of smell, dull right eye reaction, binocular optic atrophy, left abducent nerve palsy, mild hearing loss on the right ear. See ventricular imaging in the cranial fossa occupying lesions. The right temporal craniotomy to see the diameter of 4 cm epidural encasement cysts located between the rock and superficial sinus, after resection of the lesion is still good. Example 2, male 23 years old. Severe headache 1 year, left half weakness, epileptic seizures in May. Physical examination: Bilateral optic nerve head edema, the same left hemianopia, left central paralysis, left
