我国的产业升级需要购并,世界经济现状提供了购并良机。那么,应该收购什么?如何收购?收购的对象不应是普通的商品,而应是具有投资价值的企业。企业并购的“购”字拆开来看,左边是一个宝贝的“贝”字,右边的“勾”字有拿来之意,放到一起就是拿到一个宝贝的意思,所以,归根到底,收购的对象并不是普通的一般商品,而是有着投资价值,可以为收购者带来后续经济利益的一种宝贝,这种宝贝在当今市场主要指的就是一些成长性与盈利性优良的公司。
