十五大报告指出:“公有制实现形式可以而且应当多样化。一切反映社会化生产规律的经营方式和组织形式都可以大胆利用。要努力寻找能够极大促进生产力发展的公有制实现形式。”这一论断是我国经济理论的重大突破,为探索公有制实现形式指明了方向,其依据是对社会主义初级阶段的正确认识,国此,必须以“三个有利于”为标准努力探索公有制实现形式。
The 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out: “The public ownership system can and should be diversified. All management modes and organizational forms that reflect the law of socialized production can be used boldly. We must strive to find a public-ownership realization that can greatly promote the development of productive forces.” Argument is a major breakthrough in China’s economic theory and pointed out the direction for exploring the realization of public ownership based on a correct understanding of the initial stage of socialism. Therefore, we must make efforts to explore the realization form of public ownership with the criterion of “three benefits.”
