目前全国各地正在大搞农田水利建设,修建许多新渠,疏浚不少河道。在平原地区贯彻统一规划、全面治理、充分利用水利资源的方针,实现河网化,作到开辟一条河道,畅通一条航线,既便于灌溉,又利于运输。由于新辟渠道有的贯穿现有公路,旧有水路有的与公路交叉,都修建有桥梁,如果不改造桥梁构造型式,势必影响船舶通行。究竟应修建何种结构型式桥梁才能符合多快好省,而又能满足航行需要呢?
Currently all over the country are vigorously promoting farmland and water conservancy construction, construction of many new channels, dredging many rivers. Implementing the principle of unified planning, comprehensive governance and making full use of water resources in the plains will realize river networking, open up a river course and smooth an air route, facilitating irrigation and transport. Because some of the new channels run through the existing roads, some of the old waterways cross the roads, and bridges are built. Without changing the type of bridge structure, it is bound to affect the passage of ships. What kind of structural bridge should be constructed in order to meet the faster and more economical, but also to meet the needs of navigation?
