目的 :探讨催乳素在佐剂关节炎发病中的作用。方法 :应用弗氏完全佐剂分别在正常、乙烯雌酚致高催乳素血症或溴隐停致低催乳素血症大鼠诱发关节炎。测定足跖部厚度 ,并计算足肿胀百分率 ,用放射免疫分析方法测定血清催乳素水平。结果 :对照大鼠在诱发佐剂关节炎过程中血清催乳素水平与组织肿胀消长呈平行改变 ,二者具显著相关性 ;高催乳素血症大鼠足肿胀百分率在致炎后第 4天起显著高于对照组 ;而低催乳素血症大鼠足肿胀百分率显著低于对照组。结论 :催乳素可促进大鼠佐剂关节炎的发展。
Objective: To investigate the role of prolactin in the pathogenesis of adjuvant arthritis. Methods: Freund ’s complete adjuvant was used to induce arthritis in normal rats, hyperprolactinemia induced by diethylstilbestrol or bromocriptine - induced hypoprucial. The thickness of the foot was measured, and the percentage of foot swelling was calculated. The level of serum prolactin was measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: The level of serum prolactin in the control rats induced by adjuvant arthritis changed in a parallel manner with the increase and decrease of tissue swelling. The percentage of paw swelling in hyperprolactinemic rats increased from day 4 Significantly higher than that of the control group; while the percentage of paw swelling in hypoprotetremia rats was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion: Prolactin can promote the development of adjuvant arthritis in rats.
