Listening is a skill, a cultivation, and an art. Learn to listen to what should be a responsibility for the majority of educators, a pursuit, a conscious professional behavior. A well-known American host, Linklater, visited a little child and asked him: ”What do you want to be when you grow up?“ The children answered innocently: ”I want to be an airplane pilot!“ Lincklet then asked: ”If one day, your plane flew over the Pacific Ocean, and all the engines were off, what would you do?“ The children thought for a while: ”I told people on the plane to fasten the seat belts, and then I hung up."
