培育发展团体标准,是发挥市场在标准化资源配置中的决定性作用、加快构建国家新型标准体系的重要举措,也是增加标准有效供给、推进供给侧结构性改革的重要手段。为深入贯彻落实国务院《深化标准化工作改革方案》要求,推动实现《关于培育和发展团体标准的指导意见》工作目标,助力团体标准工作健康有序开展,进一步激发社会团体工作活力,规范团体标准化工作,《中国标准化》杂志社、中国计量大学、内蒙古自治区标准化院于2016年10月20~21日召开“团体标准研究与实践”研讨会,并向社会各界广泛征集团体标准研究与实践论文。在本次征文活动中,共收到投稿论文50多篇,为确保征文评选的公正性,特邀请5位标准化专家,成立论文评选小组,采取盲审形式,评出一等奖3篇,二等奖5篇,三等奖10篇。

In order to thoroughly implement the requirements of the State Council’s “Deepening Standardization Reform Program” and promote the goal of “Guiding Opinions on Fostering and Developing Group Standards”, it is necessary to promote the healthy and orderly conduct of standard work by groups, further stimulate the vitality of social groups and standardize the standardization of groups , “China Standardization” magazine, China Metrology University, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Standardization Institute held in October 20 ~ 21, 2016 “group standard research and practice ” seminar, and extensive collection of community standards research and practice papers . In this essay activity, received a total of submission papers more than 50 articles, in order to ensure the essay selection fairness, invited five standardization experts, the establishment of essay panel to take the form of blind trial, the first prize of 3, two 5 prizes, 10 prizes and 10 prizes.
