在人类社会中,利益的分配机制和取得方式直接影响和制约人的行为。我国正处于由计划经济向市场经济转变的历史时期,在这个转变过程中,由于利益分配机制和利益取得方式的变化以及我国特定的社会历史背景,人们的行为模式也发生了重大变化。本文拟就我国计划经济条件下人的行为模式(简称“计划人”)和市场经济条件下人的行为模式(简称“市场人”)作一些粗浅的探讨。
In human society, the distribution of benefits and access to a direct impact on and control of human behavior. Our country is in the historical period from the planned economy to the market economy. In this process of change, people’s behavior patterns have also undergone significant changes due to the changes in the distribution of benefits and the ways of obtaining benefits, as well as the specific social and historical background of our country. This article intends to make some superficial discussions on the patterns of people’s behavior (referred to as “planners”) under the conditions of planned economy and the patterns of people’s behavior under market economy (referred to as “market persons”).
