晋江市高甲戏剧团在2002年底重新整顿55岁以上提前内部退休,组成一个由年轻人为主的有朝气的新团。新任团长曾文杰抓全面工作,两个副团长陈凌香、倪万亮分管排练和演出,带动剧团的年轻人,迅速占领演出市场。2003年全年演出场次230次,收入115万元,一改以前负债的窘境,而且受到广大观众的交口赞誉。2004年预订演出的场次已经爆满,至今还不断接到电话要求订戏,却已供不应求,每每让求订戏者带着遗憾的叹息声挂断电话。剧团到巴厝村演了二场后,村长带着几个喜爱看戏的人,自己开车,剧团到哪跟到哪,连续十几天,争着看还没看过的戏,而有的戏则看了两、三遍。剧团演出结束后坐车回团,每每看到一些外村的观众三五成群地背着塑料椅走在回家的公路上。剧团还留下一些演出的空隙日子,来完成市委下达的“计生宣传”、“廉政宣传”和“道德宣传”的演出任务,场场人山人海.受到包括外省打工者等观众的欢迎。是什么让剧团在市场经济中站隐脚跟?是什么让热心的观众如此钟情晋江高甲?除了较高的艺术质量外,人们往往会说,是因为剧团里有这么一些朝气蓬勃的年轻人!声×雄 “柯派丑角表演艺术”的第四代传人。参加省中青年演员比赛获得金奖。平时常抱着琵琶、自弹自唱练习南音。是剧团“甲B”象棋手。年轻人杀上儿盘,脑子也灵?
