采用自行研发的矿用圆环链修接单环热处理设备,研究了修接单环的快速淬火热处理工艺,通过硬度、组织分布测试观察对加热特性进行了分析,测试了修接链条的性能。结果表明,淬火加热组织、性能沿链环分布均匀,回火加热具有中频感应加热差温回火特点,修接链条各项性能满足国标要求。
The self-developed single-ring heat treatment equipment was used to repair the single-ring heat treatment equipment. The rapid quenching heat treatment process of repaired single ring was studied. The heating characteristics were analyzed by hardness and microstructure distribution test, and the performance of repair chain was tested. The results show that the microstructure of quenched and tempered steel is characterized by uniform distribution of properties along the links, tempering heating with the characteristics of differential temperature and tempering with medium frequency induction heating, and the properties of repairing and connecting chains meet the requirements of national standard.
