对电化厂送料装置 IHI 卧式连续离心机的螺旋叶片的断裂进行了宏观、微观分析,确定裂纹源位于未焊合区内侧,扩展过程为疲劳机制。断裂原因系焊接质量不良所致。
The macro-and micro-analysis of the fracture of the helical blade of the IHI horizontal continuous centrifuge of the feeding device in the electrochemical plant was carried out to confirm that the source of the crack was located on the inner side of the un-bonded zone and the expansion process was the fatigue mechanism. The cause of the fracture is caused by poor welding quality.
