心阻抗血流图(impedance rheocardiogram,简称ICG)又称心阻抗图,是一种反映心脏血液动力学变化,并借以判断心脏功能的无创伤性检查方法。通过心阻抗图微分图可测得心输出量(CO)和心脏收缩时间间期(STI),是评价心功能的重要指标。本组检查202名健康儿童及18例动脉导管未闭(PDA)患儿的心阻抗图,其中10例PDA患儿于手术后进行了复查,现将结果报告如下。一、资料来源(一)正常组:在青岛市幼儿园和小学中选择3～12岁健康小儿202名,分为两组:学龄前组(3～6岁)62名(男女各31名);学龄组(7～12岁)140名(男75名,女65名)。检查前均经体格检查、胸透、心电图检查,证明无心肺疾患。(二)PDA组:为经本院儿科心血管专科门诊系统体格检查、胸部X线摄片、心电图、超声心动图确
Impedance cardiograph (impedance rheocardiogram, also referred to as cardiac impedance map) is a noninvasive test method to reflect changes in cardiac hemodynamics and to determine cardiac function. Cardiac output (CO) and systolic time (STI) can be measured by the differential impedance diagram of heart impedance, which is an important index to evaluate cardiac function. The group examined 202 healthy children and 18 cases of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) in patients with cardiac impedance map, of which 10 cases of PDA children were reviewed after surgery, the results are reported as follows.
