研究组合机床动力头时必须记录动力头驱动轴的高频振动。为此,设计和制造了一种测量仪(图1)。这种测量仪的结构简单,惯性小。测量仪的壳体1呈飞轮状,安装在动力头驱动轴3上的两个径向滚珠轴承上。结果,测量仪的壳体能相对驱动轴自由地旋转。支架4用螺钉固定在壳体的槽内。锥销5的一头借螺帽紧固在支架上,另一头插进牢牢地固定在驱动轴上圆环6的槽内并保持一定的间隙。
When studying combined machine tool power head, it is necessary to record the high-frequency vibration of power head drive shaft. To this end, designed and manufactured a measuring instrument (Figure 1). This measuring instrument has the advantages of simple structure and small inertia. The housing 1 of the measuring device is in the shape of a flywheel and is mounted on two radial ball bearings on the drive shaft 3 of the powerhead. As a result, the housing of the measuring device can rotate freely with respect to the drive shaft. The bracket 4 is screwed into the groove of the housing. One end of the taper pin 5 is fastened on the bracket by means of a nut and the other end is inserted into the groove of the ring 6 on the driving shaft firmly and maintains a certain clearance.
