跑偏是带式输送机运行过程中的一种常见故障,严重影响了安全生产。目前对跑偏的研究多采用定性分析的方法,首次将汽车动力学中的轮胎模型应用到输送带与托辊的受力分析中,引入了滑转率概念,并进行了数值模拟,为带式输送机的受力分析提供了新的途径。
Deviation is the conveyor belt running a common fault, seriously affecting the safety in production. At present, the research on deviation is mostly based on the method of qualitative analysis. For the first time, the tire model in automobile dynamics is applied to the force analysis of conveyor belt and idler. The concept of slip ratio is introduced and numerical simulation is carried out. Stress analysis of conveyor provides a new way.
