目的:探讨临床路径在护理工作的意义。方法:根据不同的病种和手术制定一种治疗护理模式,责任护士按照临床护理路径表的标准化治疗护理流程,让患者从入院到出院按流程接受和参与治疗和护理。结果:进入临床路径的患者能够积极主动参与治疗与护理,提高了护理工作的效率和质量。结论:临床路径把诊疗护理常规合理化、流程化,使病程的进展按流程进行有效控制,减少了患者住院日数,节省了费用,提高了患者的满意度,减少了护患纠纷。
Objective: To explore the significance of clinical pathways in nursing work. Methods: According to different types of diseases and surgery to develop a treatment and care model, the responsibility of nurses in accordance with the standard course of clinical nursing care nursing process, so that patients from admission to hospital discharge according to the process to accept and participate in the treatment and care. Results: Patients who entered the clinical pathway were able to actively participate in the treatment and nursing, which improved the efficiency and quality of nursing work. CONCLUSION: The clinical pathway rationalizes and normalizes the treatment and nursing routine. The progress of the disease course is effectively controlled according to the process, reducing the hospitalization days, saving the costs, improving patient satisfaction and reducing nurse-patient disputes.
