近几年来，我国药物代谢动力学的研究有了迅速的发展，成为药物学的一个重要分枝。然而，正象其他新药学科一样，药代动力学的理论及其研究方法还处于日臻完善的时期，各地实验方法也有所不同。如何操作比较合理又方便可行，值得深入探讨。本文结合我们的实践体会，参考药物体内过程的国内研究报道，以同位素示踪法为主，对药动学研究方法作些讨论。着眼于在基层简陋条件下开展此项工作，摸索简便可行的常规方法，以促进药动学的研究在基层药界的普及推广。
In recent years, the research of pharmacokinetics in our country has developed rapidly and has become an important branch of pharmacology. However, just like other new medicine disciplines, the theory of pharmacokinetics and its research methods are still in a period of perfection, and the experimental methods vary from place to place. How to operate more reasonable and convenient, it is worth in-depth discussion. This article combines our experience, reference to the drug in vivo process of domestic research reports to isotope tracing method based on the pharmacokinetic methods for some discussion. Focusing on the basic conditions of primitive work to carry out this work to explore simple and feasible routine methods to promote the study of pharmacokinetics in the popularization and promotion of grassroots drug community.
