患者女,49岁,因便中带血首次行胃肠道钡剂检查。无肠道疾病史,但有特应性皮炎、变态性鼻炎及哮喘史。硫酸钡经自来水稀释,灌肠开始后数分钟,病人突然诉说上肢发(?)、发热、即停止检查。几分钟后病人出现呼吸困难被送往急诊室,此时发现病人张口呼吸、紫绀,经插管、静脉注射肾上腺素、心肺复苏等抢救无效死亡。尸检显示支气管严重粘液填塞伴肺水肿及肺气肿,无肺栓塞及冠状动脉疾病或心肌损害
