This paper describes a simple technique that is misleading (almost daunting) and is cryptographic capsule technology. This technique allows Alice to convince Bob of not believing X or Y as true without having told Bob anything about what the situation is. The sachet is an integral part of the voting machine in the confidential election program of the document [CoFi 85] (see also [Coh 86] [Ben 86]
