随着国家药品监督管理局的成立,及国务院赋予其药品监督管理的行政执法职能,《药品管理法》(以下称《药品法》)的行政执法主体也随之转移,因此《药品法》的修改也势在必行。笔者认为,应当将配备执业药师列入新修改的《药品法》,主要从以下几点考虑:1 药品生产、经营和使用的企事业部门均应配备执业药师 对药品生产、经营、使用企事业单位的监督管理的重要内容之一就是对人员的监督管理,也就是对从事这一领域的人员实行职业准入控制。《药品法》作为我国药品监督管理的基本大法,无疑需对人员这一重要因素进行监督和管
