血吸虫引起成人过敏性紫癜性肾炎临床少见.我们报道1例长期误诊,死后尸解才明确诊断的病例,以引起同行注意,并结合文献讨论本病的诊断.
Schistosoma causing clinically rare allergic purpura nephritis in adults.We report a case of long-term misdiagnosis, postmortem autopsy was diagnosed in order to arouse peer attention, combined with the literature to discuss the diagnosis of the disease.
