随着社会和经济的不断发展，人们的生活水平和生活质量也在不断发展和提高，而水电则是影响人们生活和生产的重要方面。本文主要就新型水电厂经营运行成本的模式进行介绍，并结合笔者的工作经验进行分析，提出相应的建议和措施不断节省水电厂经营运行的成本，从而不断提高水电厂经营运行的质量和效益，仅供参考。
