人民银行职能调整后,对基层央行干部队伍的素质提出了新的要求。面对新职能、新机制的建立,作为最前哨的县支行如何优化结构,提高干部队伍素质,高效履行央行职能,是基层央行面临的一个主要课题。对此,笔者对所在支行干部队伍的现状进行了调查分析。调查表明,基层央行干部队伍中严重存在年龄结构老化、知识面匮乏、技能单一低下的“三大”弱势,这极大地制约了基层央行的科学高效履职。
After the adjustment of the functions of the PBC, new requirements have been put forward on the quality of cadres at the grassroot level. Faced with the establishment of new functions and new mechanisms, the county branch as the forefront of how to optimize the structure, improve the quality of cadres, and efficiently perform the functions of the central bank is a major issue facing the grassroots central bank. In response, I conducted a survey and analysis of the status quo of the cadre team where the branch is located. The survey shows that there are serious age-old cadres in the ranks of the grass-roots central banks, lack of knowledge, skills, low single-handedly “three ” weakness, which greatly restricted the grassroots central bank scientific efficient performance.
