第一条为预防艾滋病从国外传人或者在我国发生和流行,保障人民身体健康,制定本规定。第二条本规定所指艾滋病监测管理的对象是: (一)艾滋病病人; (二)艾滋病病毒感染者; (三)疑似艾滋病病人及与第(一)项、第(二)项所指人员有密切接触者;
Article 1 These regulations are formulated for the purpose of preventing AIDS from spreading from abroad or happening in our country and ensuring the health of the people. Article 2 The targets of AIDS surveillance and management referred to in this regulation are: (1) AIDS patients; (2) HIV-infected persons; (3) Suspected AIDS patients and persons referred to in items (1) and (2).
