都说印花税下调已是铁板上钉钉了,可是,突然冒出了一个一再大声疾呼“我坚决反对”的北大教授。如果说证监会的救市努力遇阻于一个“坚决反对印花税下调”的北大教授,也许根本不足采信。但是,反对的声音一时之间如此突然其来,甚嚣尘上,问题就不简单了。问题并不在于一个从来没有在中国股市发表过一点稍有影响言论的经济学家凭什么抢夺了
