In order to comprehensively promote the sustainable development of voluntary blood donation work in Zhejiang Province, under the care of Zhejiang Provincial People’s Congress, departments of provincial health department, provincial legal department, provincial science popularization and education committee and law working committee in 2012-2013 revisited the “ Measures of Zhejiang Province for Implementing the Blood Donation Law of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Measures for Implementation) and was promulgated and implemented on January 1, 2014.
